Veterans Study

If you have developed two or more of these symptoms following international travel, and your doctor can't figure out what is wrong, we'd like to talk to you about participating in a BRF study:

* Gastrointestinal symptoms (abdominal pain / diarrhea / constipation / loose stools/nausea/vomiting)
* Fatigue
* Joint pain
* Headaches
* Skin rash
* Neurological symptoms  (muscle twitching, numbness, hands turning blue, burning feeling on skin)

In the study, you would answer some questions about your symptoms, and your experience with physicians.  We may also ask you to provide a stool (fecal) sample for testing.

If you would like to receive written materials about the study, please provide the following contact information, and we will mail you a packet.

You should receive a packet in 2-3 weeks.  If you have not received anything in that time, please give us a call.

* NEW - If you're a Gulf War Veteran, and would like to skip the initial contact step and enroll, you can download the forms from this site by clicking here.  Just fill out the forms and return them to the address listed on the form.  Once we process your enrollment, we will follow-up with the kit to collect a stool sample.
